This Privacy Policy sets out how, The Semex Alliance and its subsidiaries
(“Semex”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), collect, store and use the personal data
of customers, distributors, suppliers, job applicants, website users and
others using or interacting with our website (https://semex.com) as
well as other applications where Semex may otherwise obtain or collect
information. Semex values the privacy of individuals who visit our
websites that are operated globally by Semex and its subsidiaries. Semex
respectfully adheres to the privacy standards that have been adopted by
those countries in which Semex and its subsidiaries operate.

regulations of each country in which Semex operates. To the extent

understand our customers in sufficient detail so we can provide
quality products and services.
Performance of a contract: This would also apply where we need
